Hailing from Atlanta, Don's a recruiting industry veteran with nearly 10 years experience. Currently an operations director for the recruitment process outsourcing division of Spherion, he uses technology and a team of recruiters to find and place professional talent across the States. His prior position involved managing a team of 40 recruiters specializing in finding and placing IT, customer service and sales candidates. Before joining Spherion, Don served as the director of recruitment services for HireStrategy in Washington, DC. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Don is a die-hard Hokies fan and chronic armchair quarterback.
