Several years ago a friend of mine told me that every afternoon he used to sneak a 30-40 minute nap in at work by visiting a secure room requiring special access. He stated that afterwards he was very refreshed, and much more alert. He even stated that without that afternoon 'pick me up' he probably would not be able to get through the day.
