Our college blog dedicated to helping students prepare for life outside of college.

"Year after year, many workers will add "improve my relationship with my boss" to their list of New Years' resolutions. I had a great relationship with my boss when I was hiring as a billing clerk for a local home health agency. It really helped getting in on the ground floor and assisting in the company's growth. Since I was fresh out of college, there was a lot to learn. He was great with computers and taught me everything I knew. It eventually led to my knowledge of website development and the start of my own business.
